Sydney Moore Blake grew up in NC and saw her parents also own and operate their own company: a Home Inspection and Care-taker business. She would go out with her father and help where she could. Sydney learned very young, that work ethic and integrity were imperative to being a good business leader. Helping with home inspections, Sydney also gained knowledge of home construction and maintenance that has helped her work within the Foundation Supportworks and Basement Systems networks. She also understands that the most important person in any company is the customer.

William Blake

Will has been involved in the home improvement business since he was a child. He grew up building homes with his family’s construction company and became an active member in the Home Builders Association community. After college, he helped to grow a home improvement company serving the great NC, TN, and VA territories. He has helped train and develop business in the foundation repair industry all over the country and believes that fixing homes right has a direct impact on our communities. He founded Vesta Foundation Solutions to help redefine the industry with great customer service, proven methods, and trained in-house employees.

He has experienced broken foundations, musty and dusty crawl spaces, and concrete settlement behind the scenes and understands how to address the problem and find a solution. He has a passion for helping homeowners keep their homes and families safe by providing them with the knowledge and assistance they may need. Ben enjoys spending time with family and friends, perfecting his golf swing, and watching his favorite shows.

Adam grew up in the mountains of North Carolina, helping his father’s home construction company. This experience has helped propel Adam into the world of foundation repair and has given him priceless experience that Vesta customers appreciate and value. He has helped thousands of customers directly as well as trained and coached countless co-workers throughout the Foundation Supportworks Network of contractors. Adam brings a true customer focused process to foundation repair, concrete lifting, and crawl space repair. While this industry is normally not glamorous or easy, Adam takes pride in taking care of customer’s greatest asset, their homes. He begins jobs as a Production Manager, but finishes them as friends.
