Tripping Hazard Removed for Tuttle, OK Pool Deck

Challenge

Customer was experiencing sinking concrete around their pool deck due to improper back fill around the liner after construction. A Bobcat track leading down into the pool 'pit' was causing sinking on their pools skirt or surround. They have a dimpled concrete special to the finish so replacement was not a good option in order to preserve the esthetic function of the pool deck.

Solution

Vesta Foundation Solutions used PolyLevel to permanently lift and stabilize the concrete slab. This gave them the peace of mind of knowing any tripping hazards are prevented in the future around the entire length of the pool.

Concrete Joints are sealed using Nexus Pro Sealer and sand to color match the concrete with the sealed joint.
