Gino H and his wife purchased a home in Shawnee, OK that was originally built in 1939. This historic home is gorgeous, spacious, has a basement and an underground bunker. Basements was rare in Oklahoma so when Gino noted the heavy bowing in the walls, he had to call around to find a company that could repair. One contract came in and stated the walls could not be repaired. Another advised the homeowner to simply fill the basement in with dirt, that it was not worth fixing.
Gino thought he was out of luck on saving these spaces of his precious home until he met the owner of Vesta Foundation Solutions at a local Home Show. Vesta was able to provide the homeowner with an afforable option that kept the basement and bunker as usable space.
The Vesta Team was able to lift this home 2 inches after the original pier system failed. The home was experiencing settling due to poor soil conditions so when the VESTA team decided to install a supportworks push pier system we found failing piers under the home. After the lift was complete the piers were loose and no longer supported the home.
Pier sections were driven to 18 ft in depth and benchmarked so the customer can identify pier locations and make sure their home is on solid ground.
The customer had a slab on grade construction that was experiencing water seepage during heavy rains. Water would seep into the floor of the building through cracks in the stem wall as well as over the doorway. The team at Vesta Foundation Solutions installed a french drain system consisting of solid PVC piping that leads to the street. This also was improved on by using a solid discharge line. The trench drain system installed also helped with any surface runoff that may come across the driveway surface when wind driven rains become eminent.

We always encourage our customers to maintain their roof runoff to ensure the aggregate under their home does not wash out. This customer in Arcadia experienced the same problems when confronted with large cracks forming in their driveway after our common May storms. Assuming that the crack was a minor expansion crack The slabs began to shift due to the open void underneath the slab sections. Many problems like this can be prevented easily and affordably using a proven solution. By injection concrete leveling foam, this slab can be leveled and protected from future washout from under the slab.
The Vesta team spent this hot week working around a pool deck in Arcadia. The whole team worked diligently in efforts to lift this slab back up to original position. The project was completed in about 1 day and the after shots are amazing!
Our PolyLevel team recently repaired an uneven driveway in Edmond, Oklahoma for Ms. Rene. One slab in particular was settling, causing an unsightly ledge in the once smooth drive. Ms. Rene maintained a beautiful home, and this one spot not only was an eye sore, but was becoming a trip hazard. Once she called us, we were quickly able to propose a solution using our PolyLevel system, and got her repair scheduled. Adam was able to get about an inch lift out of the slab to resolve the issue for good.
This worried customer was beginning to notice that his pool deck was settling. There was a very obvious slope that was forming along with some unsightly cracks in the concrete. The customer maintains a very nice backyard for entertaining and wanted to fix the pool and prevent any further damage. The customer researched concrete lifting and came across our website. He reached out to our team and we were happy to set up a time to go out and take a look at his pool.
Upon arrival our team found that the pool deck had sunk down approximatly an inch and a half from its original position. The customers problem could be solved with our noninvasive and cost effective PolyLevel System. The customer was ready to move forward with the solution. The Vesta Production team injected the PloyLevel into a few different areas around the pool and was able to lift the area that had sunken down.
Gary and Joyce Crawford reached out to us with concerns about their homes front porch. They had been noticing problems with the porch for a while and were ready to take the steps to get it fixed. When the Vesta inspector arrived he noticed that the porch had settled as much as 2 inches in some areas. The settling was causing cracking the tile on the porch and even causing stress on the awning.
The Crawfords plan on spending the rest of their lives in this home and were happy to finally find a solution to their problem. The Vesta Production team was able to use PolyLevel to lift and level the porch. The family is happy they no longer have to worry about their porch.
