When homes are retrofitted with new insulation and windows; one common area left unattended is the vented dirt crawl space. This creates problems with the home having proper airflow. The airflow in your home is from bottom to top. To make sure that your home is not pulling in moist damp air from the crawl space, an encapsulation system is installed to isolate the home from the earth.
Stephanie S recently purchased a home in Norman, OK. After moving in, she pulled back the carpet and revealed damaged joists, sub-flooring on the main level of the home. Vesta Foundation Solutions offered a complete solution in repairing the damaged carpentry components as well as a vapor barrier to prevent moisture from accumulating in the crawl space again.

The Perry family is renovating their home with plans to soon move in. During the renovation process, the perry's noticed standing water in the basement, although the basement was previously equipped with a pump it was no longer working and they needed help. Upon arrival, Josh Nation thoroughly inspected the home and created a customized solution. The family was proposed an interior waterproofing system that would keep the basement dry at all times.
The Vesta Production team installed 100 ft of water guard, 9ft of trench drain, and a super Sump pump. This system is up and running, keeping the basement dry and improving the families quality of life.
This Driveway in Norman, Oklahoma slopes towards the home. Throughout years of persistent rainfall in Oklahoma, the driveway's foundation has washed away and caused very large voiding beneath the slabs. The homeowner was tired of having to clean the washed-out sand and dirt from in front of their home, they were also worried that their driveway would continue to fall down into the voided areas.
The Vesta team proposed a fix and protection plan for the driveway so that the family no longer has to worry about cleaning away sand or their driveway sinking down.
The Driveway was lifted, leveled, and sealed by the Vesta production team. The homeowner was very happy with their revamped driveway.
