The home was experiencing settling due to poor soil conditions so when the VESTA team decided to install a supportworks push pier system we found failing piers under the home. After the lift was complete the piers were loose and no longer supported the home.
Pier sections were driven to 18 ft in depth and benchmarked so the customer can identify pier locations and make sure their home is on solid ground.
